Goods came in damaged condition

You shall provide the order number, pictures, video or other proof within 3 working days (from the date when you receive the product) and ShoppingStylo.com will deal with this after receiving sufficient evidence. All returns, exchanges or refunds shall be based on the confirmation and approval of Shoppingstylo.com.

If We Deliver:

  1. Defective Product (Software/Functional Issue)
  2. Wrong Product (Colour & Model)
  3. Dead Product (Product Not Working)
  4. Damaged Product (Physically Damaged)

Wrong and Damaged delivered product must be reported within 24 hours from the delivery date accompanied with images of the product & product box (through email).

We process a refund if we are not able to arrange a replacement.
